Appointments Our appointments are structured to allow proper time for each service. Arriving late will prevent our staff from spending as much quality time with our clients as deserved.
Cancellations We make reminder calls to our clients on a daily basis – if a client can not show for their scheduled appointment, this is the perfect opportunity to let us know. For color correction services, we require a deposit of $25 when reserving this service. This deposit will be applied towards the service.
Weddings Our wedding coordinator spends one-on-one time with the bride coordinating the bride’s pre-bridal and bridal appointments as well as all appointments for the wedding party and family. When a bride chooses us, she can rely on our wedding coordinator to take care of every salon detail for her and her guests.
Payments We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.
Gift Cards Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and are redeemable for services only. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Remaining balances can be used towards future services. No change will be given back in cash. Gift cards can not be purchased with another gift card and are non-refundable.
Cell Phone We encourage no cellular phone usage during your visit to the salon.
Guarantee We are committed to perfection and to pleasing our clients. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact the salon within seven days of your service.
Lost Items We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles.
